About Arch Surveys
ArchSurveys, was founded in 1991 by Bibiana Achieng Omalla as a business name.
Mrs. Omalla has a vast experience in land survey within the Republic of Kenya having practiced as a Licensed surveyor since 1992 and a Registered Planner since 2013. Her firm Arch Surveys has its Headquarters in Nairobi and has carried out several Land Planning tasks, mutation, cadastral, topographical and engineering surveys all over Kenya and has helped thousands of Kenyans in urban and rural areas to acquire titles to their land. She manages and leads over 8 assistants spread all over Kenya and has branch offices in Siaya, Malindi, Machakos, Nyamira, Kisii, Embu. Miharati and Kinangop. She is a former Director of Kenya National Highways Authority.
Why Arch Surveys
The core business is Land Surveying and Physical Planning whereby we have participated in helping realise the dreams of thousands of Kenyans in owning land with titles. In the built environment we have been able to give several architects and Engineers reliable data on which to base their designs. As for local Authorities and housing institutions we have carried out several site surveys to aid in developing housing estates, site, and service schemes.
Our aim is always to satisfy our customers irrespective of their status. Since 2001 we embarked on the implementation of a GIS database to better serve our customers.
